An idea of TwoMonthsOff and it's a good one.
A lot of us might be a bit older or just like old films/movies.

I liked so many. I saw a monologue years ago by someone who told Richard Burton's story as Richard Burton. I'm pretty sure the actor became famous? He was amazing. I saw another but Marlene Dietrich that time. Also mesmerising.

Marlon Brando - his performance Streetcar Named Desire is the best performance by a male actor ever in my view. And then there's the Godfather of course (and a whole lot in between).

Vivien Leigh - her Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With the Wind is the best performance by a female lead of all time in my view.

Absolutely lovely Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof - it's the the two most beautiful people on Earth got together on screen.

And Marilyn Monroe was such an underrated actress. She acted her co-star off the screen in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and there has absolutely never been a more attractive sensual actress than her.

Doris Day - calamity Jane was one of my favourite movies when I was little
Carry Grant
Jimmy Stewart
John Wayne

@XelaM I agree with everything you posted.
Also when you hear any MM interviews she sounds pretty intelligent. Such a tragedy.
