I've just looked up the government information pages about HIV , it made interesting reading. Lots has moved on from the 80s.
It isn't something that is spoken about much by people I know : most single people I know and may have a few different partners , I assume are careful , but it's not really anything people tend to talk about. Not to me anyway !
