I don’t think Lily is lying, just embarrassed. DD was watching with me tonight & she gets very annoyed at how they write the teens - apparently no yr7 (Lily) would ever be hanging out with a yr 9 (Amy) at school!

Lily is Y8 but I don't think they'd be hanging out at school either. Maybe it's not completely unlikely they'd hang out as a "gang" in a close knit community like the Square though.

I do think Ricky is really the father. It's good that they are both just dumb 12 year olds who did something stupid rather than an abuse storyline.

I am astounded that 2 inexperienced 12 year olds actually manage properly enough to cause a pregnancy if you see what I mean.
