These can be present or past shows.
Mine are:
*Supersize v superskinny. Fat shaming and biased. Examples being the music used, cutting comments by Liza Tarbuck and Dr Kristian. Close ups of supersizers eating. Etc

  • Graham Norton, particularly the red chair. *Come dine with me. Just the snobbery and bullying. Especially rummaging in people's underwear draws.

There was one episode of impractical jokers where they were letting an apartment or room (think New York - probably tough to rent) - this guy was so happy - I just hate to think of the disappointment when he was told.

Why? Everyone volunteering to go in the red chair does so by choice, knowing what the outcome could be.

Come Dine with Me is all a big swizz, I don't trust what we are shown at all.

I'm trying to think of a genuinely cruel show.

All the extreme makeover shows involving surgery look awful to me and from what I've heard were really harmful to the participants, physically and mentally. I saw a clip from one where there were was a woman who, at the start, had truly dreadful hair she evidently didn't know how to look after and sadly disfiguringly bad teeth because she couldn't afford dental care.

She just needed a haircut and dental work and she'd have looked lovely, her other features were really nice. But they bloody messed around with her chin and her eyes etc for no reason.

That was it. I don't think that one was cruel as such, weird that everyone was always off to Maccies etc though.

the sitcom with David Williams years ago. Little Britain. Some of the sketches looking back now are awful. The fat club thing was the worst sketch. The one with the grow man breastfeeding, shouting bitty oooh cringe

They also did a thing about an airport called come fly with me. David Walliams blacked up as a carribean lady in fact there was quite a bit of blackface I watched one episode !

Little Britain was weird and awful, but it wasn't reaL thankfully so not really 'cruel'.

Rich House Poor House is just awful and there was a kids program with Ant and Dec on a Saturday morning where they had a segment called "beat the barber" kids were asked questions and I they got it wrong they got all their hair cut off!

Oh god yeah I forgot T&S they would just poke and prod women I remember they took a tape measure to a woman's thighs and Trinny tutted!

I find My 600lb life cruel. We see the people attempting to wash and toilet, eating vast amounts of food and then claiming to eat very little when the Dr questions them. The people are seriously struggling and the programme is a way to gawp at them.

I saw on YouTube once this AWFUL show about families trying to lose weight, with this presenter who "used to be fat" so used that as an excuse to bully and make awful comments to be participants. He berated one woman for only losing a pound in a week 🙄 I can't remember the name but it was utter trash tv.
And anything with Gillian McKeith in it and her weird poo obsession.

I think that programme might just have been called fat families, a family from it were media stars for a bit and I'm sure they had a fall out on Jeremy Kyle!

Trinny has a make up range. She looks pretty much the same tbh. Can’t believe they took someone knickers off though 😱
