I "had a fall" on Tuesday banged both my knees and I think I must have twisted as I went down so my whole left side hurts and rather than get better it's got worse. Managed to get an emergency appointment with my GP today who's given me diazepam to go with the strong painkillers I already have on repeat prescription so I'm hoping my muscles will relax a bit and I won't want to murder my cat for thinking it's just fine and dandy to use my chest as a trampoline.

It felt like a show dance because of the music. But very good. Very emotionally connected, I thought, which is odd for a Samba.
