I've been out to rescue a cushion cover from the line as the rain is here. Think it's going to stick around for the weekend mind you the cover has been out in the rain all night because I didn't want to go out in the rain to get it. It also said 'spot clean only' but I'm not having that. I live with men!

Petch bigging up tonight's match because this one is a one way street at the moment.

Yesterday was horrible, rain wise, this morning it rained for a while but has cleared a bit. Dh has been told his team's football matches are cancelled this weekend- also means DD1 can't work, because she works at a local football ground on a Saturday morning,and they are closing due to the weather. It's a shame, because the job is seasonal as it it- and they keep cancelling weeks.

Thanks for the new thread. I am off work ill today so am snuggled on the sofa feeling sorry for myself but the bonus is that I actually get to watch some live tennis for the first time in ages. I did have to see Djok with his top off though which caused a bit of a relapse.

I had to switch the tennis off as DH is WFH and he kept being chucked out of his online meeting (again!) Not sorry to have missed Djok stripping though!

Not sure how much tennis I’ll see over the weekend as we’re away with some other couples - I would rather just stay at home and watch tennis (there have been threats of playing Mr & Mrs which I hope isn’t a euphemism!) I’m not a fan of forced fun!

I know how you feel, forced fun isn't me either. But I rarely leave the house unless it is to ferry around my offspring .
