JaneJeffer · 22/12/2022 19:57

That taxi driver is a bit of a speed merchant

She only has £15?

is she going to look for a donkey and a manger

JaneJeffer · 22/12/2022 19:58

I mean she could just go see her father. I don't get it.

FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge · 22/12/2022 19:58

What a lovely pudgy robin

FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge · 22/12/2022 19:59

I’ve given up trying to understand the plot.

JaneJeffer · 22/12/2022 19:59

That episode was annoying. I want to go there and start telling them some facts!

Isn't Chloe's dad in prison? Or is that something we just made up on here as some sort of storyline when Chloe first arrived and she had dodgy blokes following her to keep tabs on her for her dad?

But, Chloe's exit was the longest bloody exit ever 🙄 which I can only conclude means she's not actually gone and will be the reason Mackenzie and Charity break up because Mackenzie wants to be a daddy.

JaneJeffer · 22/12/2022 20:06

No it definitely happened @PrincessScarlett but Emmerdale are gaslighting us now Grin

PrincessScarlett · 22/12/2022 20:10

Oh right 🤣🤣 usually our plot ideas are better so I couldn't work out if it was us or the writers 🤣

PrincessScarlett · 22/12/2022 20:12

I wonder if Amy is going to be the one to blab. She seems to be heading for a full on meltdown.

JaneJeffer · 22/12/2022 20:17

Maybe she can fess up about Frank while she's at it

OP posts:
PrincessScarlett · 22/12/2022 20:34

Oh yes, she so needs to fess up about Frank!

excelledyourself · 22/12/2022 21:55

Marlon was a bit harsh on Paddy there Sad

Bagpuss2022 · 23/12/2022 07:52

Chloe was riding round in a Range Rover now she’s skint they need to make the plot lines make sense

CuriousCatfish · 23/12/2022 09:06

Is Chloe going to spend Christmas shivering and skint in the pavilion? Or maybe one of Moiras murdering barns would be more seasonal.

Snozzlemaid · 23/12/2022 12:12

Yes, she'll be the homeless at Christmas storyline.
And I reckon we're in for a David complete breakdown at sometime as well.

PrincessScarlett · 23/12/2022 12:15

Yes I reckon Chloe will be found by Charity who invites her to stay for Christmas and then the baby secret will somehow come out.

PrincessScarlett · 23/12/2022 12:16

And David is definitely due a breakdown. He'll probably trash the shop on Christmas day.

excelledyourself · 23/12/2022 12:19

I'm wondering what the storyline with Cathy is going to be. Mental health related, I assume.

JaneJeffer · 23/12/2022 12:22

I think she has social anxiety.

OP posts:
TellingBone · 23/12/2022 12:55

If that's the case with Cathy it will be another case of these writers doing a 180 with someone's character. She's been a very outgoing, gobby wee madam up to now.

Snozzlemaid · 23/12/2022 15:42

Completely!
She's the last person I would expect to suffer with that.
Love watching classics as well and suddenly remembering Viv's her mum. I forget that sometimes. I think Bob mentioned her this week, didn't he?

RaraRachael · 23/12/2022 17:27

They seem to be fond of turning characters personalities around. Samson was a nice lad then they made him horrible, Naomi was a moody, miserable cow and now she's Miss Happy the assistant chef ..... and I'm sure there are more. It's as if they think Oh this character hasn't had much of a story recently, let's invent a whole lot of shite for them to deal with.

I think (and hope) that Chloe will disappear for a few months, then miraculously reappear on Mack and Charity's wedding day and give birth.

JaneJeffer · 23/12/2022 19:02

Early again. Good thing I decided to put ITV on just in case.
