The videos have only caused an issue for me (on mobile site) since the new site was launched. Never had an issue in previous years!!

I haven't had a problem with videos slowing threads on my mobile, but I wonder whether it's because I have mine set to 25 posts per page? So it doesn't often have to try to load them.

I now have a box of orange matchmakers, a bag of sweet/salty popcorn, and an assortment of freezer party food (best thing about Christmas!)

I'm very jealous Sunbird. Being in the "eat whatever food is available" phase of house moving, I have no good snacks at all.

@FuzzyPuffling i lived on takeaways for the last week, and binned pretty much everything in my cupboard for bring up to 9 years past its use by date… 😟 Now in the ‘still living out of boxes but gradually restocking the cupboards’ phase. You’ll get there!

Thanks! Sadly the nearest takeaway is a 15 mile round trip so it would be cold and congealed. Boo.

I discovered some vanilla extract with a use before date of 2014. Ooops!

I have spicy chicken, rice and salad from Shah's halal food truck, and a cinnamon roll from the organic bakers for pudding. Sorted.

Horribly over excited about Hamza's Couple's Choice, there's no way it can possibly live up to my expectations.

I don't have any appealing snacks. Someone's stolen the bag of Doritos I was saving. Grrrr....I am going to have make do with some pistachios.

@FuzzyPuffling some of mine were 2014 too! I’ve sadly moved to somewhere without a Chinese delivery 🤦‍♀️ but there’s a couple of good Indian places that do, and I guess I could go and collect Chinese.

I haven't had a takeaway for 7 years (since we moved to this Godforsaken place). Anything will do.

I have some Tyrell's vegetable crisps and might have a G&T.

I have gin...and am also over excited about Hamza dancing to Jerusalema. Hope its not a big let down. The steps ofvthe Jerusalema dance are quite basic so guessing hes going to tart it up with some lifts?

We are having a bottle of red and watching bloody Jack bloody Reacher instead of Strictly but at least he's away for the footy tomorrow so I can catch up early!

I also have orange (and mint) matchmakers in my Christmas chocolate cupboard which is full since I came back from Blighty with 23kg of chocolate and cheese in my suitcase. Bets are now on as to how much will still be there in 6 weeks time.

Re: Jayde. This was always going to happen I think. Anyone criticising her dancing (and pig poor attitude) on SM gets there "you're a troll who hates me because I'm fat" treatment. Nah, don't hate you, but dislike you because you're an arse tbh.
