I didn’t like Kfg and Sd’s dance there at all. I got the enthusiasm and the faffing but it felt frenzied to me. And dare I say a bit gangly?

My whelm was that undered that it felt like going down ‘spoons for a cocktail jug to get giddy and you just shouldn’t feel that after a jive.

It made me feel a bit ‘look at me faffing- it’s all about meeeeeeeeee!’ when it should leave me marvelling at the sharpness and synch. Sorry.

I reckon Molly v Fleur.

I thought Vito’s mum looked much like any other woman of a certain age who spends a lot of time and money on her appearance; Dad looked much older. I’m sure they’re very nice people, but... really? 😂😂😂

@DameHelena agree with just about every word. I also think Ellie and Nikita deserved to stay longer and show us more sassy dancing! Loved them and loved the way it's brought Nikita out as a fantastic Pro thinking about how to centre his celeb partner.

They don't care about Strictly per se, they are voting for their long time captain and club Legend with a capital L. He still is a massive hero to many.

I thought that Jowita would be the opposite initially. She is so talented, I thought she’d be grabbing the limelight and leaving her celeb in the shadows/her dust.

Both have surprised me. Delightfully so. 🥧

I understood what you said; I just thought it was a silly remark and, frankly, unnecessary.

Why is it unessesary? On Saturday posters were saying how glamorous Vitos mum was and she was I'm not sure why you picked out a specific poster @Bluffinwithmymuffin

The way my dad still harps on about players of the 70s it’s not surprising that players’ popularity lingers on - especially one who played in the modern era with so much more exposure via televised matches. Plus he had a reputation for being tough as nails, and was a one-club man in one of the greatest teams Arsenal had. And I don’t even like Arsenal 😁

I went to a football match once, sat down on the terraces and fell asleep. That is my level of engagement with football!

Finally all caught up.

Found Molly, Fleur and Tyler boring.

Kym and Helen for me were the best. (Christ almighty Kym's nipple should have been in the cast list though- what on earth was costume thinking? Poor woman)

Fleur and the #sadstory irritated me.

I found Katya's reactions strange. When they finished the dance, she was absolutely fine with him, hugging, arm pumping, drinking in the applause. It was only when the judges began to comment that she started with the sucking lemon face. I also don't think his hand was going near her boob and she was moving it, I think she was grabbing his hand and raising it because it was hiding her poppy. She was also all huggy and kissy with him once she realised he'd escaped the dance off. Odd. Bit me, me, me tbh.

Oh, and had to Google Vito's Mum as at first glance she looked like Alba Parietti.
