Mine too FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge. There's something quite exciting about the unknowns (to you), in the first few weeks too. When they end up being good, it's someone you can get to know and get behind over the coming weeks.

I would love it equally if it was just average joes on there. The influencers I would never have heard of, Tilly I didn’t know she had her own cookery show, Hamza wasn’t on my radar at all. Some people I thought I’d love (CQ) I ended up not warming to at all.

AJ I thought I’d find too much and I loved her, for me she was my winner. The relationship with Kai was so mesmerising to watch. I just love watching them improve (or not) and everything about it.

I don't know Fit. I thought he was a really good teacher when I did the workshop. He's quite a bit older than Molly I suppose. He was also happy to be a ten dancer until he started dancing with Katya, which was when he specialised, so his ballroom is also very good.

I am going to be pissed if Hamza continues to be overmarked and wins on the strength of his personality. I don't think any of them are v good this year but I think Helen should win because she is the most consistent so far. Needs a wow moment but hopefully she can get that with an AT or a quickstep in a great frock. Also would like Gorka to win at last; I think he was robbed with Alexandra and Maisie.

I did enjoy Kym's AT and it is nice she doesn't do the whole gushing over people thing too.
I also liked Ellie S , she is just a joy to watch and such a nice person

I'm pretty sure they did it for dramatic effect, because they know the media have a field day with "Are they/arent' they" speculation. Graz probably instructed her to hold his gaze until he took his thumb off her back, or some such prompt.

Gosh though I thought Kym was great!

I really loved Kym’s AT this week too.

I didn’t realise she’d been having panic attacks. You would never have known. I thought it was marvellous.

I bet she’s now mortified about the wardrobe malfunction.

Gosh watching that video Polka it makes me wish Katya could be given a ringah! She'd be phenomenal! The dress switcheroo dance was excellent too!

I think for Strictly, the most important thing is to be a good teacher and get the best out of whoever you are partnered or be able to look like you're having a showmance, and you don't have to be a professional world champion for that.

On the other hand, if you've competed at that level, you'll have taken hours of 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 lessons, and probably taught a lot yourself. Touring in Burn the Floor since you were 20... not so much.

But then it's easier to leave Burn the Floor for Strictly/tour than sacrifice your own dance school or private pupils.

Pretty sure Hamza is Rastafarian? Which would explain why he doesn’t cut his hair.

He’s not, he just rebelled against his mum giving him a number 2 all over for years when he was about 17(?) and hasn’t cut it since, except when some bits got engine oil on apparently

(That’s not just based on the long hair, he was wearing a red, yellow and green crocheted hat during training one week - maybe I’ve just made a leap)

I don't watch The Wheel, but I've never understood the popularity of Michael McIntyre.

I wonder if it’s Neil’s choice not to have a partner each year so he can get more involved behind the scenes, helping out with choreography etc? Otherwise it’s odd that he puts up with it.

I googled the hat colours a while back they look like the Sudanese flag colours.

I think he puts himself out there with his provocative photos. I think he seems to have a sense of humour which pokes fun at himself. I might ask him if it’s offensive to him.

Agree with @lollipoprainbow that's it's lovely to find someone you start off saying "Who?" turn into a favourite.

He looks so young - Katya hasn't aged at all (and looked fairly fierce even then)
