Ooh is it back? I LOVE this programme.

My favourite bit is the skills test where, because I've just watched Monica make something, I can guffaw at the incompetence and idiocy of the poor chef who's not 100% sure about how to do the thing that 60 seconds ago I had never heard of.

"Oh my god, he's actually going to put cod in a ceviche!" I'll opine from my sofa, as if I'd ever seen one let alone made one.

The next best thing about it is when someone makes something and you think WTF is that? And the judges taste it and just LOVE it and the wee chef there is all chuffed. It's lovely.
