I think Laurel is being horrible trying to make Nicola forgive Naomi. I'd be exactly the same as Nicola and couldn't bear seeing her every day - don't forgive her.

Poor Nicola. I can totally see how Naomi living in the village would remind her of the attack every day even though Naomi didn't actually attack her 😢

People are always in a rush to make others in emotional pain "move on", it takes as long as it takes. I had it when my husband got my (married) best mate pregnant and then moved in with her a few weeks later.

I was told my anger and upset needed to be gotten over and move on. It's 25 years now and I'd still punch her lights out if I thought I'd get away with it. Seeing her still sends adrenaline coursing round my body and leaves me feeling sick.

I know how Nicola feels.
