So, I'm wondering if Kerry knows it was Kyle? Cain said to her in the barn "it's not what it looks like". He could have told her and said he would take the blame. And when Cain said "well Kerry saw me" to Moira's question about did he kill Al I thought it was odd but it could have been the plan he cooked up with Kerry to protect Kyle.

Plus when Kerry was being interviewed she could have kicked off and screamed about Cain and Al's feud but she has been relatively calm. And then when she was told last night about Cain pleading guilty she replied very calmly that at least they had been spared a trial. Kerry has not slagged off Cain at all which you would expect if someone had killed you fiancé. A trial would have found no forensic evidence to implicate Cain.

Although Kerry's relative calmness could also be her in shock.

I think Cain could have tried to set up Kerry, she has a motive ( the affair) and fecking deserves it after killing Frank and getting away with it.
Amy also annoys me with her insistence that Kyle comes to live with her. As if what the kid needs now is more upheaval.
