me ! loved it when it was last one - and yes, it is very blub worthy - amazingly uplifting. And I had a dream about the very lovely Gareth last night, even though I'm probably old enough to be his mother....

I found it interesting to see what they are doing now esp 'O'Sullivan' Good on her.
Gareth is a total cutie, but sooo young looking. There is something very attractive about a man with a passion that isn't football though.
I am looking forward to this new series.

Watched this in horror as it turns out it was my old school. Wow how times change (also horror cos realised it was about 25 yrs ago yikes!) It seemed like some rowdy inner city struggling school. Where were the frumps? When I was at school most people were dowdy and uncool, v few were trendy, all this lot looked it. (Actually no, all the girls looked like Bratz). And no-one wore make up in those days. Scruffy too and running through corridors tut tut. Has this school seriously gone down hill or am I just old?

Wish I'd recorded the re-run, thought it was the best thing on TV last year (blub emoticon). Oh I hope they repeat it again so I can tape it.

Agree it was fantastic to see "O'Sullivan" having the confidence to speak in public.

And it made a refreshing change from the usual portrayal of all modern youth as disaffected hoodies. Especially, when those hulking 6-formers cried at the end and spoke so movingly about classical music [blub again emoticon].

Twas utterly fantastic viewing. Gareth is an inspiring teacher. We need more like him.

Here's to choral singing being brought back in to schools!!!
