i watched it . Twiggy, I thought that you and the chap ( cannot remember his name ) had a lovely rapport, and seemed to actually want to change, and that you both benefited from being in the house together. So I was a bit surprised that you only gained 5 pounds in 3 months....? seemed a small gain, all told. Have you carried on with the eating plan from the show or not?

Hi again, yes I am still continuing with the diet (well diet isnt really the correct word!). It was only the last month when I started to put on a little bit of weight - I called the dietician and she suggested swapping the real fruit for dried fruit - not completely. Anyway, this seemed to work (I am now a huge fan of dried Mango!!!) I think because of the kind of excersise i do, it just drops off.
Andy is doing fab - really is a changed man and love his new healthy eating!!!
