Dopesick on Disney+

Have you seen Only Murders In The Building? It’s a murder mystery/comedy and is brilliant. There’s always a cliff hanger at the end of each episode, which does make it gripping.

YellowFlowersGreenStems · 21/08/2022 20:49

I'll 3rd Dopesick, also the Dropout and I'm half way through series 2 of Only murders in the building. I wouldn't say the latter has gripped me like the first 2 did but it's worth a watch.

YellowFlowersGreenStems · 21/08/2022 20:51

I also really liked The Boys off prime. Not sure if that'd interest you as it's more fantasy but I loved it. Getting prime again soon to rewatch 1&2 as season 3 is just out.

I have nothing. But the thought of something gripping the watch gave me thought 😁

I started watching dopesick a while ago but couldn't work out what was going on. Started again, gave it a bit longer and it's making more sense now

Can I just ask if people recommend stuff, to put what channel it's on, thank you

The Split on bbc iplayer

hockeygrass · 21/08/2022 21:29

I've started Yellowstone on Paramount but not convinced.

If you haven't seen Industry on iPlayer worth watching as Series 2 is coming soon. Also The Newsreader on iPlayer.

I loved The Dropout on Disney + and also watched The Americans (75 episodes!) as had missed it before, it's excellent. I didn't enjoy Under The Banner of Heaven despite the outstanding cast.

User639921 · 21/08/2022 21:30

I enjoyed Big Sky on Disney

Silvercurtains · 21/08/2022 21:32

Bodes. Best thing for years.

midsomermurderess · 21/08/2022 21:43

Gold Digger; Chloe; and Showtrial. All very watchable, moreish. All on iPlayer.

hewouldwouldnthe · 21/08/2022 21:46

The other girl. BBC I think so may be on iPlayer

midsomermurderess · 21/08/2022 21:48

Bodes or Bodies? If Bodies, I agree. It's bloody marvelous. Set in an obstetrics unit headed by an incompetent senior consultant, but people are scared to whistle blow. It's fast and furious and knuckle-bitingly tense.

Mrsjayy · 21/08/2022 21:50

Under the banner of heaven on Disney + Star channel I started it yesterday I'm hooked.

Idbemonica1 · 21/08/2022 21:51
