Going to miss it tomorrow as we have a houseful for the weekend. Great weekends everyone.

Right decision but now we miss what Chris would have whipped up for the celebrities. I'm thinking of him making pasta bake and apple crumble for 40 lathe operators and what might have been in the mass catering round.

I’m about 20 mins behind tv pace (watching recorded). So not scrolling back so I don’t spoiler myself!

Am I the only one who cannot bear Gareth the choir guy? So arrogant and off-putting, amazing that I feel that he’s the worst for that when he’s in a room with Chris flipping Eubank! At least Eubank has a sense of humour and has been warm with the other contestants. Gareth just seems to be up his own flute.

That said, Chris cannot cook at all and has been babysat all through. It’s unfair that he’s got as far as he has. I’m assuming he goes tonight, it’ll be a travesty if he doesn’t.

I totally agree re Mojo, BIWI. She wasn’t a great cook by any stretch but there’s no way that Chris should’ve made it through to this week over her. I suppose the underdone prawns/iffy timing on that dish really did it for her and the judges were just blinded by Chris’ charm.

Me too, Cliff seems nice. I want Cliff and Mel to go through but think it’ll be Mel and Gareth.

I felt for Chris Eubanks over the coriander, vile soapy stuff. Especially as the chef kept pronouncing plantain wrong.

Agree that Gareth is obnoxious, he must not get to the final, I cannot cope with him returning.

The hell is this dross on my television before Masterchef?
