well done to Tan though- when a relatively unknown player beats a 'big' name, backing it up is sometimes difficult.

*Fizzy I'm still cross that the Rafa match might clash with the Stef one. I don't begrudge Stef being shown (since the beeb ignored him the other day) - but I don't want to watch- or listen to- Kyrgios.
Rafa has not got the easist draw (when you compare his opponents to Djok's) -and Sonego could be a tough one.

Todd Woodbridge barely ages. He's just a few months older than me- I remember his match against Edberg at Wimbledon. I no longer look how I did in 1989. Todd looks much the same

Im watching Gasquet, I saw him in a restaurant once and took it as a sign that I must be a supporter! So I am.

I'd rather be watching tennis than all these introductions.

The length of time they spend talking, when matches have already started, really winds me up, Jane. The Swiatek match was almost into the second set the other, whilst they sat and discussed Emma - again.

I managed to fall asleep on the settee . I’ve been feeling a bit rubbish all week and it’s not like me to fall asleep in the day - having a nap has made me feel worse!
