Oh my days I've just reached the "end" of the Rafa match. I'm gutted for poor Sacha. Hope he recovers quickly. And now checking back in on here it seems there's plenty more drama in the 2nd match - I need a refill of wine

I've just seem a picture on the RG/Fb page, and Rafa has had his cake - from Amelie, I think.
And it looks like he was also given a scooter- but it's hard to tell from the picture!

I’m still awake (just!) Glad that Rafa got his cake and scooter - especially as Djok got one!

I missed the protestor but saw that the match had stopped at 15 all at some point

I’m not surprised that Rafa isn’t playing at Wimbledon but I will miss him - although if does win at RG he would be half way to the Grand Slam this year …

Casper seems to be running away with this now. But I have still been really impressed with Marin this fortnight- he's had some great results, and come from nowhere, for a player who is not known as a clay court player. And he seems to be enjoying playing again. I'm looking forward to seeing him at Queen's. (I hope he's there) .

Fizzy I am still (though it's looking less likely as days go on) pinning hopes on Djok not being able to play the US Open due to Covid rules. That will scupper his plans.

But Covid is becoming less and less of a thing. Which is good, mostly. But just for this one thing- I want it to still be a thing

I know what you mean Raahh - I do think the US will relax their COVID rules - maybe they should just not allow him in because he’s Djok!
