Why do people still bang on rubbish about 'not wanting to win because of the cost'? Winning means you get the choice to host, not that you are forced to. Countries have won and declined to host before, Australia can't ever host by the rules etc.

It’s good we are doing well, and yes we have a decent song for a change, but most of the votes are political. Who ever disagrees needs to look at which country is supporting another country compared to others.. other years we had no chance even If we had a good song

If they are geographically close it makes sense for them to have similar taste.
