Over 200?! If we win Eurovision that's another thing off my bucket list! That'll be the third thing off it this week! Bloody killing it.

Well done you.🙌

It’s good we are doing well, and yes we have a decent song for a change, but most of the votes are political. Who ever disagrees needs to look at which country is supporting another country compared to others.. other years we had no chance even If we had a good song

VonWeasel · 14/05/2022 23:32

This is mind bending and unexpected. I thought the song was a bit rubbish too. Ah well. I am so far off the pulse 😂

It’s interesting which countries are having trouble connecting.

Yes, it is. I hope that's not going to be repeated in the public vote.

RedToothBrush · 14/05/2022 23:32

Twelve points for Serbia?!

Can someone remind me how the public vote works - presume it could completely alter the ranking?

howler21 · 14/05/2022 23:32

And yes it may just be a song contest but Putin wants to destroy the Ukrainian identity and Europe’s unity

SoggyPaper · 14/05/2022 23:32

howler21 · 14/05/2022 23:32

Anybody else slightly suspicious that so many countries are having connection issues

It’s interesting which ones.

AngeloMysterioso · 14/05/2022 23:33

I always wondered where the bloke from Right Said Fred ended up…

Yeah it's mad. You can get hundreds of points in one go.

IsFuzzyBeagMise · 14/05/2022 23:33

Very exciting stuff!

MrsRobinsonsHandprints · 14/05/2022 23:30

This makes more sense to me, especially now I've heard the song...

So if we lose, they hate us and if we win, they hate us? 😆
The Italian commentators really liked the UK song btw.

Raahh · 14/05/2022 23:33

I'm usually drunk and asleep by this point- so - hello!

Yep.

They go through each country by the one who has the lowest vote by the public.

So the country with the most points from the public vote is last.

For dramatic nail biting finale.

Binglebong · 14/05/2022 23:34

Poor Germany, I actually liked their song.

Not sure if the juries watch TikTok

howler21 · 14/05/2022 23:34

Georgia having no connection 100% Russia

greenalltheway · 14/05/2022 23:34

This is a MASSIVE prank right?

Punkypinky · 14/05/2022 23:34

Is Putin punking us?

Anybody else slightly suspicious that so many countries are having connection issues

Maybe we've worked out that's the only way we'd get decent points.

WakeWaterWalk · 14/05/2022 23:34

The results of the French result still has me reeling to be frank.

Is Russia cutting the phone lines from these Eastern European counties?

I'd say quite likely.

It’s an argument that allows us to grumble either way! 🤣
