If you had watched Casualty avidly you would know that Janine can't claim Linda was driving because the bruising from the seatbelt will be wrong.

plus, I don't think either of them are getting out of that car without help.

Soup, this is EE where technicalities such as seat belt wearing or any forensics are immediately air brushed away to be replaced by dramatic scenes and probably the private room and empty hospital we usually see after such a big accident!
Why doesn't mick ever answer his phone or have it to hand as well ? He always leaves it where Janine can tamper with it!

I was actually getting really annoyed at Nancy for being such a brat and I usually like her. She was acting like a 16 year old with her 'poor me' sulking.

there is also the minor issue of the huge tree branch with Linda's blood on it that is nowhere near the injury on the right hand side of her head 🙄

I would have whacked him. He was exceptionally annoying even without being in the midst of a breakdown

Ha! Knew it! In real life I'm not sure how much forensic work would be done on the crash scene since they wouldn't automatically suspect foul play buuuuuuut this is eastenders and they seem to be overrun with police usually so who knows!

Janine is obviously pretty banged up and could still collapse (just like Stacey last week). Super-Sonia failed to use her super-powers to detect illness/injury on Janine didn't she! Felt sorry for poor Scarlett again!

Janine did wipe down the gear knob etc but surely if the police did dust for fingerprints it'd be suspicious that there weren't any except on the steering wheel. Plus they are all sorts of issues with airbags if the police were looking very hard

I was thinking about the airbags as well. Did either of them actually inflate? Surely both of them should have?!?
