Agree @JaneJeffer that Cain and Liam are the best thing! You can see that Cain and Liam are due a huge heart to heart and Liam will help Cain come to terms with his mum dying.

David was a bit like that when he first arrived wasn't he? I think this losing the shop story is going to be like the selling the Woolpack story and he'll end up staying there like Chas did in the Woolie.

These producers love stories that don't actually go anywhere; a few weeks of problems then it's all forgotten and everything goes back to how it was.

I see Emmerdale won best soap at the Tric Awards. Danny Miller was there collecting one on behalf of Ant & Dec. Didn't see any pics of him hanging out with his ex colleagues. He's signed up for panto later in the year.

Chas and Al is the most boring affair ever. No sexual chemistry and the whole hate each other one minute and snogging each other next minute is disjointed and dull. I hope Paddy and Kerry catch them out very soon.
