DOCTORS- Patronising Princess is causing trouble at'Mill - and will we ever find out what happened to Dr Ashdown?

In answer to the question- probably not.

But I'm still hoping that we find out Princess was behind his disappearance. The episode with her mother pointed to a shady past.

And the drugs that Heston took were called Viper, i have remembered.
(Kept me awake, that did)

Has anyone had someone from their surgery come round with free biscuits???

Thought not.

Raahh · 04/05/2022 14:02
Grin

No, no free biscuits ever.
She lives in an immaculate massive house, but Gobby is convinced she is destitute and not eating.

Raahh · 04/05/2022 14:14

Fuzzy I must admit I did think the twist was going to be that she'd killed him before she left .

In my case it's because other than Doctors and Emmerdale the majority of things I watch are murder programmes (cosy crime like Father Brown as opposed to Luther though!). Years ago they had an episode where Sid was visited by an anxious woman who hadn't been treated very well by the man in her life, he told her she was a nice person and the episode ended with her telling her partner who she had buried in the pond that she was nice, the doctor told her so! It was so weird because I really felt like there should have been a follow-up episode where they found the body!

Raahh · 04/05/2022 19:40

small that's funny, because I tend to watch a lot of 'cosy' Murder-y type dramas- Father Brown, Grantchester, Murder She Wrote Grin. I've been watching the new Sister Boniface one- it's been a bit hit and miss, but I've stuck with it.

I just went onto the iplayer site to find out the actresses name. It's Heather Carney and she has been in Torchwood, Vera Drake, The Bill and a sitcom with Caroline Quentin and Neil Dudgeon called The Life of Riley which I don't remember. I think she's done a lot of jobbing actress work which is why she was familiar to us all.
