Skanky Abi is seriously getting on my nerves, poor old Kev having to fork out for her maternity pay.

I can't stand Toyah and if she mentions one more time that Abbey abandoned her baby I hope someone reminds her that she once tried to persuade Peter that someone else's baby was his and had no qualms about taking the baby from her mother, and I still can't fathom how she's allowed foster children and maybe even adopt them.

Can't wait for Toyah to find out about the baby, stop her busybodying once and for all !

Observations on tonight’s episode:

How come, in the classic episodes currently showing on ITV3, it’s the year 2000 and Maria has only just made her debut, yet the clean air campaign storyline has been going on for at least 93 years?

If Dee Dee ‘can’t wait to clap eyes on Glory’, why hasn’t she spent 30 quid and two hours on a Ryanair flight at some point in the last year? Amsterdam isn’t exactly Patagonia.

Wasn’t that an awful lot of build-up to find out that Simon called Amy a slag? It was hardly up there with the denouement of Who Shot J.R.

Does Andrew Whyment have it written into his contract that he has to make a minimum number of cameos per month, regardless of whether the scene is in any way relevant?

@lollipoprainbow hang on - Abi is entitled to SMP. Kev can claim it back from the government. I know it’s a soap and all but not really cool to imply that you can be exempt paying for someone’s maternity!

Noooo don't mention him- asking where someone is on this thread usually results in them popping up soon! Summer did get an Oxford offer but seemed to be shocked and miserable about it being conditional on her A level grades (no idea why she would expect otherwise) so we'll probably have more misery from her until August when she gets her results.

Although that's the law, he is her employer. I can imagine Abi on the Relationships Board and everyone would be slagging Kevin off if he didn't pay her.

Why can Adam not say anything without flinging his arms out wide?

Someone should tell Adam, and Micheal, to sit on their hands when they are talking. It must be a health and safety issue, those arms wheeling around on set.

God simon is so annoying and what a crap actor he’s lost the cute factor years ago time for a new head or him to go off travelling. The actor who plays 10 year old jack must cringe with the lines he gets when all the actors his age like Max getting real stories
