Does anyone have any favourites yet?

I thought Francesca was going to win! She didn't do well this week but I would have kept her anyway. I also think the other one who looks like Francesca is also good (want to say Lauren but could be wrong?)

I was surprised too, although thinking back although she spoke very articulately and confidently not sure how good her ideas actually were? I really like the business she already runs though, such a good idea! At the moment I don't have anyone that stands out.

Francesca was daft not to bring Akshay in. He could easily have been a sacrificial fish. Though that said, it might have been a double firing if she had. (Or can he afford a double firing with Shama gone?)

I don't think I have a favourite, more least disliked. Which is possibly Stephanie (think that's right) at the moment, but it's easily changeable!!

Her pitching yesterday was cringeworthy

All pitching was hideously cringy wasn't it. In order to have a favourite I've ignored it. Otherwise, there's no one!!

I could of course have the wrong blonde in heels and body con?

They did a triple firing a few years ago, so I guess they always do the initial casting with some cannon fodder in mind. He always says "at least one of you will be fired" now.

Yes, that's what I mean. Shams leaving means less canon fodder. I can't recall how many double firings there usually are nor if the year of the triple firing if there had been a double firing too.

I really liked Shama. She was right to prioritise her health but I was sorry to see her go. She seemed a bit different to the others, less obviously egotistical. And she didn't know what "bouji" meant either.

I haven't warmed to anyone this year so far, can barely remember most of their names.

I wanted Akshay to go because frankly he's been poor throughout and also his bullshitting at the penguin question was toe curlingly awful.

I was also sad about Francesca as really liked her initially, but the whole Artic thing was so so bad. They had such poor knowledge.

It's so true about the level of ignorance.
It was embarrassing. Francesca continued to defend her mistakes on You're Fired!
If you're a terrible at spelling - get someone else to check. Mind you, the others didn't spot it. Nor the fact that there are no penguns in the "artic".

They all seem to be making senseless boardroom choices this year - I wonder if they are being guided by their friendships in the house?

I vaguely wondered if they are guided into who to bring in - it's edited so you can't be sure that you're looking at something continuous. So this week did it need to be a females back in the boardroom so yet another male got fired.

A woman got fired this week!

I was quite flabbergasted that three of them didn't realise that they'd spelled Arctic wrong. I didn't watch "You're Fired" but I did laugh when Francesca was talking in the car on the way to the testing about justifying their spelling because that's how other people think it's spelled too

I know, pika - she continued to defend it on You're Fired! When one of the panelists thought it wasn't the worst mistake, she punched the air.

Who do we think will win or get to the final, judging from the business idea alone and who will get fired next?

I’m predicting jimjams and cocktail bars, but not alcoholic drinks.

Thank god Francesca is gone, let's hope it's Aaron next, neither can hold themselves accountable.
