Every time a character is off screen for a few weeks I completely forget about them. Like Cathy and Brian, or Gary. Or, god forbid, Izzy (please don’t let her return!)

That is so true we only knew they going away and existed because Shona got the job in the shop. Not seen them for good year before that unless I missed some exciting story line.

Cornwall is beautiful, but a seaside shop in February might be even less exciting than the Kabin.

I was messing about on my phone while the Cathy and Brian scene, not paying attention- is that what was happening? They’re going to Cornwall?

No they came back from holiday Brian saying how great some shop was there. Next thing in cafe having chess match. With Roy watching saying if Brian wins they move Cornwall and if Cathy wins they stay put. Brian wins but then he changed his mind and said of course he wasn’t serious. Same as story line with Joseph whole storylines and circles to go back to normal

Are Costa and the Co op still there?
