Poor Liv. How much more can they put the poor girl through? The writers are so sick in the head. I can imagine them sitting round a table and rubbing their hands with glee as they think of the next grim scene.

And as for violence at 7:30pm, they crossed that line many moons ago with all the Meena shit.

I love drama but this isn’t subtle delicate drama, it’s way over the top for this time of night. On another note I have absolutely no idea why Noah and Chloe were in the shop, why they closed it and why they were dressed as murders or corpses? I hope her dad does come back and take her home with Kerry, Amy and Noah.

Silly me thinking that it would improve with Meena's exposure. No, we have poor Liv getting a hiding again and that soppy pair dressing up in the shop 3 months late for Hallowe'en. What the hell was that all about? I really wonder what goes on at a scriptwriters' meeting. Who can honestly think that this passes for family entertainment.

For the first time in my life I am seriously considering complaining to OFCOM.

If it was actually well done drama you could kind of forgive a rare detour from the norm but it’s not! It’s shit. There’s no sense to the storylines. It’s just violence for the sake of what? The make up artists must be sick to the back teeth of the sight of fake blood.

I’m fed up of all the violence in emmerdale. This is not want I want to see from a early evening soap . Emmerdale seems to have lost the plot

I'm so disappointed having three women in charge and they seem to think we want to see violent women and sexual assault stories constantly. Well we don't. I want to see normal village life, families, farming, mild villainy and a bit of fun. It's really depressing now.

If they want violent women Jane they are going the right way about inviting a good few of them down to their doorsteps.

I want a nice, aww love story now please. Or a week nursing a stray kitten in the vets. Or watching. sheep. I like the ones with black knees. Or Dingle cooking lessons.

Me too. I get such rage watching Emmerdale now.

They need new producers this is dreadful ....not what Emmerdale is about ...supposed to be village life in Yorkshire ! Not constant grim stories

Very very depressing episode. I hate what they've done to Liv. So now we have to look forward to more beatings as she tries to get one of her fellow prisoners to kill her. Seriously grim viewing for a 7pm show.

I'm not sure what's currently annoying me more, the Meena storyline or the bloody man with the awful hair on the postcode lottery bits where he makes that same bloody joke each time with that stupid eh? noise afterwards.

I know that guy in real life. He's very lovely and quite shy and humble. So the ads always amuse me 🤣
