Evening all. I see Masterchef has taken the Anchovy Producers of the UK Shilling. And none the worse for it IMO.

Future Foragers note: you don’t need to grovel in the undergrowth to find exciting flavours, all those delicious flavoursome dishes were made with real food not obscure roots and shoots.
