I think it's a pretty good QF as QFs go.

It was eye catching and well-executed for a novice dancer but I think it brought a previously lovely (if not outstanding) dance to a shuddering halt.

Will watch Rose and Gio's waltz with a few tears... How Long Will I Love You is one of the songs that reminds me of ds1... He passed away many years before Ellie Gouldings version of the song came out but the words remind me of him... He would have been 27 later this month.. 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔

It takes two was fab. Rylan is such a sweetheart.
All the couples looked good in training. John and Jojo's cc especially, just looked gorgeous.

2 panellists to 1 for Rhys going as opposed to AJ but as one said, if both are bottom two but Rhys is technically better then he could knock out AJ; unless she beats him on chemistry with tied judges' marks.
Lovely to see Nads have a back-to-back pros' challenge win. Had her and Dan been still in it, they would have had a waltz to I wonder why (Curtis Stigers) and a salsa to Yes Sir, I can boogie.
Ian is back on choreo corner Monday, hoping for a Xmas outfit.

Looking forward to tonight. I had my Covid booster yesterday and am feeling under the weather. Looking forward to curling up on the sofa with some glitzy escapism for an hour or so.

I've been on my own to the tour a couple of times just on the spur of the moment in crap seats. I'm happy with my own company, and an ice cream/glass of cheap wine. It's very heavily scripted of course but it's well executed and gives you another perspective on the contestants.

No idea whether the tour will actually be go ahead in the current circs of course.

I saw what I think was the original tour that Darren Gough was on.

I also saw it the year of Jake Wood

Yeah! Sadly my 3 year old is now hooked and ready to watch anyway as it's always been before his bedtime! He's a Duracell bunny so quite hard to see all of the dances!!

intermittent it's to One Vision, so will be fairly frenetic. He will drive it, the audience will clap along, he may even open the show with it, the band do a decent job (Ricky and Erin did a paso to it - see upthread) but I bloody well hate rock tangos so will be throwing popcorn at the screen and giving all my votes to AJ!!!

I might do the same actually & wait until much closer to the time to see if it will go ahead. I have been in the past with my DM but she's not around to go with me (she's fine, just not in a position to go).
