That neighbourhood watch business was absolute drivel. Beyond embarrassing. It’s like whoever wrote the episode hadn’t been given any details of the previous ones. One day Wendy is calling Meena an angel; the next she thinks she’s an insensitive dog-neglecting bitch. Wendy went into the café the other day and Brenda was full of sympathy for her; the next thing you know she’s virtually accusing Wendy of murder! What a load of old wank.

It was truly riveting stuff. And harriet suddenly decided she was a policewoman again and ordered everyone not to speculate. fuck off harriet, what difference does it make if people talk?

I hesitate to mention it in case I accidentally summon them to the screen, but didn’t Charles and Ethan discover they had a secret daughter/sister a few weeks ago? And Ethan got the big meeting with his mother he’d been waiting for for years? Was it all just forgotten after a couple of episodes?

I know he's not popular on here, but Nate and Tracey had really grown on me. I understand that she has to leave, but I'm so disappointed this is how it's been written in.

Tracey deserves to meet a lovely man who doesn’t fuck her over the first chance he gets. I don’t know why the writers love shitting all over her.

She was a right cow when she came into it first and tried to rinse Sam.

I really hope we’re not going to have a re-run of Nate and Moira. It would undo so much good work since.

At least they’ve finally realised that Rhona the farmer doesn’t work (and that Paddy running a vets’ practice that previously also needed Rhona, Vanessa and Jamie by himself was ridiculous).
