I have made this dish and it was very nice - in 1970!

I must be common because I'd eat none of this food.

My children would be so excited to see those on a restaurant dish. They like to go out into the garden and make salads (that they actually eat) with nasturtium leaves & flowers, borage flowers, chives, and lemon balm leaves.

I do hope his soufflé rises.
