Goodness, I don't remember that at all!

SoupDragon · 30/12/2021 10:10

She dug herself up. 😂

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 10:16

Vincent's mum ! Legend of a character.
I know she wasn't in it long

lazymum99 · 30/12/2021 10:20

Dug herself out of concrete in that amazing red dress with boobs still entact!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 30/12/2021 13:53

If my memory doth serve me correctly ..........

Is Vincent&Kims house ( now the abode of Gray ) the old Dr Legg house/surgety ?
I know his was one of the only houses in the Square to have a drive (at the side)
Vincent was going to put a ramp at the back for Donna to acess .
The flat for VincentsMumandHerLegendaryBosom was in the basement which we saw converted but I'm not sure if its kitted out ?

Does Gray use this extra space? Everyone seems to go upstairs to bed
The Utilty is acessed from the hall and kitchen.

Maybe he is keeping Tina hostage in the basement of doom?

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 15:04

We last saw Tina in the back of Gray's boot because a tiny part of the shower curtain was showing. He had killed her and wrapped her on it :(
He told Mitch ( or someone ) that he was taking the children for ice cream , because I remember people saying on here ' ice cream in winter time !'
What became of her after that we don't know :(
I doubt she is in the basement, but who knows? Folk have come back from the dead dead before now , so anything is possible I guess.
It is the house with a basement where Kim once lived. Gray bought it off her.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 30/12/2021 16:31

Ah yes but we all know being Dead on Eastenders is an inconvenience .
Being Dead Dead is different and easier to get over than being Proper Dead .
Ask Den and Kaffy
FatBoy , I suspect to be ProperDead sadly .

I remember the ShowerCurtain shroud and a bit poking out of the boot . And no CCTV around to dob Gray in it ?

And no-one said "Oi Gray where's your showercurtain matey" when they want a wash , considering he seems to have half the Square living with him .
No-one twigged Oh he must be buying a tonne of ice cream, he's put a waterproof liner in the boot in case it melts

SoupDragon · 30/12/2021 16:49

I think Tina must be Proper Dead or she would have managed to contact family somehow. Otherwise she could just have gone to Linda's mum's pub and no one would ever have found her on account of it being so far away from Walford.

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 17:24

😂 Yep, I must admit that Linda's mum's ( what is her name ?) pub did look better and much more trendy than the Vic !
SoupDragon · 30/12/2021 19:32

Is she called Elaine?

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 19:35

@SoupDragon

Is she called Elaine?
Yes ! She is.
MichaelAndEagle · 30/12/2021 20:28

Surely the news that Linda is back on the booze would have Mick straight over to see her?

RedRum27 · 30/12/2021 20:30

I thought that too @MichaelAndEagle! Janine is just a bit ridiculous she’s never been nice has she but I like Charlie Brooks

JacquelineCarlyle · 30/12/2021 20:35

I agree @MichaelAndEagle - it's annoying that he's not going to see her immediately!

qazxc · 30/12/2021 20:54

Had a snort reading this. It totally does!

CharityDingle · 30/12/2021 21:14

Also, where were the children while he was busy killing Tina?

And I always find this so annoying in soaps, you know that someone is a murderer, so you do that really really clever thing of confronting them, alone. Hmm

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 21:21

I can't remember precisely , but I do think Gray's children were with Karen the night he murdered Tina. She confronted Gray about Chantelle and then the next time we saw her on the sofa she looked dead :( yes, she should have taken Shirley with her to confront him. She even lived with him at one stage.
How he got Tina into the boot of his car without being seen was also a mystery, but he did.
He then made the going for ice cream comment and drove off ( to bury her body , I assume )

TomBradysLeftKneecap · 30/12/2021 22:10

I agree with others. Why on Earth would Mick believe Janine on this one and not rush to his wife?! This is a stupid storyline. Among many.

the80sweregreat · 30/12/2021 22:12

Yes, most men would pack up Ollie and drive up to see his wife !
There are many people who can run the pub for a few hours , he could do this!

Meredusoleil · 30/12/2021 23:40

Bloody Janine! Such a master manipulator. Mick needs to get rid of her quick smart and get down to Watford in a hurry.

I can't believe even Nancy ringing Linda didn't help clear things up. And all this over a stupid lack of communication via text message 😬

newyearBear · 31/12/2021 06:25

@70isaLimitNotaTarget

I haven't heard Raymond chat , but who's betting he'll ask Phil "Daddy are you going to prison for a long, long time"? The way Eastenders DC say when they're just sitting at the table eating beans on toast
😂
GattoFantastico · 31/12/2021 09:35

The Janine/Linda storyline is laughable. Shame, because Janine's character has great potential but this scenario is so far fetched. Linda was too rushed off her feet to speak to Mick on the phone but had time to sit and tell her life story to Janine over a bottle of wine.... Nancy only gets round to speaking to her mum after Janine has visited the pub... it's like Whitney waiting for Chelsea to tie the knot with Gray before forwarding the forum messages to her. I guess the writers have to keep upping the big dramas but it would be refreshing to have a story line that's vaguely convincing

the80sweregreat · 31/12/2021 11:28

What was Janine thinking though ? She must know that L could rock up with Annie at any point ! How you explain that one away ?
She didn't think it through

SpanishFly · 31/12/2021 11:40

I'm annoyed at Mick. Anyone who knew Linda would be saying "omg, she must be in a really dark place - she needs me!" Not furious about some things janine said about her 😖

GattoFantastico · 31/12/2021 11:45

@the80sweregreat exactly. Is it too much to ask for a dramatic story line which also manages to be vaguely plausible? Grin
