The Eastenders property market baffles me. A 4-bed semi detached which Sharon has bought you’re probably looking at £700,000. The flat she’s sold would probably £300,000. She’s clearly loaded, no wonder Jada is sniffing around.

Also the characters who rent, how the hell are they affording rent that is no doubt in the thousands? Stacey doesn’t even work does she and Jean is a cleaner.

If only the real London property market was like Eastenders.
