I agree with the comments about Kelly! I felt bad that she was locked up and Corey was free but she isn't exactly an innocent party. She should definitely still be in jail for assault or something along those lines.

No, it was mentioned in a subsequent episode that he'd been arrested but they didn't show it on screen (at least not that I can remember).
