Quite. I think it's only being spun as a racist incident because David and Victoria are white. If it is Meena, it could be they were taking the piss out of her dreadful acting/voice as we have all been doing on here and I'd have every sympathy with them having to endure that every day in filming!

Also think that the end scene was pretty disturbing for a 8pm finish.

Before I watched I asked DS2 if he had seen it and his summary of the episode was "you know that crazy woman who threw someone off a bridge, well she had a fight with some random fella and then she got knocked out and he came back to see if she was alright and she whacked him with some wooden thing and killed him". DS1 thought he was making it up to wind me up

Just caught up. I'm not a fan of Ben (who is?) but that made me feel sick. I don't want to see someone begging for their life on Emmerdale. It's actually disgusting. I presume when Danny Miller told them he was leaving they decided to kill Ben off. If Aaron leaves thinking Liv did it then that's just awful.

I've enjoyed laughing at the identical story lines, unlikely relationships, crap acting abilities and the general decline in quality all round

But to be honest - Emmerdale have lost all credibility for me in the soap category, a few years ago they had the chance and seemed to be taking over from Corrie and Eastenders , not any more

And now internal falling out , accusations of racism - it's vile

And it is ridiculous that Billy would tell Meena about the camera footage when Ben mentioned her as a possibility of doing something dodgy. Billy has only just started dating her, already looks a bit dismissive of her and most importantly he is very good at keeping secrets/covering up a murder so the fact they are making him so thick is completely unbelievable. Next we'll have him telling Meena all about Dawn and Malone 🙄

I don't want Liv being accused but I have a feeling that will be the next step in this atrocious storyline.

No wonder all the established cast members are falling out/getting accused of things when they have to put up with these dreadful storylines. I wonder whether David and Victoria will want to come back at all?

That wasn't quite as disturbing to me as when Cameron killed that farm lad but it was not something I wanted to watch. Only watching for the cain/Liam now and looks like they've ruined that!

Me too! Those two know each other and Si Lennon went for the audition and got the job and DM only found out afterwards. Imagine having to kiss someone you are friends with in real life! It would be excruciating.
