I think Andrea got Jamie and Kim to sign over the cottage to her as a way of keeping Millie in the village and she allowed Ben and Wendy to stay on as lodgers so she had babysitters on tap.

I also thought Ben lodged with Andrea, Wendy and Millie. I remember thinking what a strange combination it was, but Emmerdale is full of those. I'm glad Bob's twins finally did something useful and rejected his request for the fake nurse to move in with them.
