It was a bit miserable wasn't it? Hopefully the results show probdance will be more fun!

I'm staying with Wilf this weekend and we going out for dinner with his best friend his Mum and other friends for curry so we will watch later..

Ellmau · 21/10/2021 20:44

Definitely a shock exit in the making. Unless Ugo is back, in which case it will be him.

Maybe Rhys? I agree Dan has fans who love him enough to vote regardless of the dancing.

geojellyfish · 21/10/2021 21:10

The main issue with Judi trying to use this week's routine next week is that it's the Halloween show when everything is heavily themed.

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 21/10/2021 21:14

Depending on how themed the choreography was (although I suspect quite a lot, which will make it harder), they might get away with just switching the song and costume.

You could do a Dr Frankenstein theme to Let's Get Physical - "let me see your body move" etc.

TheMadGardener · 21/10/2021 21:27

Really does throw the cat among the pigeons re the contenders for the dance off!
It should show who doesn't have the votes.
Ugo? He may struggle on the leader board this week.

Rhys? Great dancer but may not have the votes.
Dan? Mediocre dancer but probably has quite a good vote because of his job.
Tilly? Mediocre dancer but may have a strongish vote due to social media followers/sympathy after "chubby" remarks.
Sara? No idea how strong her personal vote is but Aljaz is very popular. Could have a poor dance.
The only ones I'm pretty sure won't be in the bottom two are Rose, John and AJ. Everyone else must be shaking in their dance shoes.

EsmaCannonball · 21/10/2021 21:45

I'll be so annoyed if Sara or Ugo go out instead of Judi, even though I bunged Judi a vote the week she did her charleston. I think the two doing the rumba are the most vulnerable, although Tilly and Rhys could be at risk if they don't get a high score.

SequinsandStiIettos · 21/10/2021 22:22

Clever grouchy, it would work. It wouldn't be that far off Pash and Carol's Frankenstein 'I think I love you', which was just as tenuous.
Stick her on a gurney with let me hear your body talk and stick some lecky into her, job's a good 'un. Well done! Grin Plus Graz might make a monster, cannot be any worse than Pash and Gio certainly.

SequinsandStiIettos · 21/10/2021 22:22

good monster

SequinsandStiIettos · 21/10/2021 22:26

Lest we forget! Grin

Have there been any others? For some reason, I have a green woman in my head not Frankie the defying gravity witch, another one

Tilly will be safe because of the press coverage she's got this week

I don't want Ugo to go. Sara it depends on the dance she was top of the leader board last week, but she has a rumba.

I think the order in which they dance might come into play a bit this week too

cricketmum84 · 22/10/2021 07:16

Just putting out there.... a Frankenstein themed halloween dance with J&J as Dr Frankenstein and his monster.

Now that I would like to see!!

SanFranBear · 22/10/2021 07:24

I think it's a bit unfair to say Judi would definitely be in the dance off.. I mean she may well have done but this 'blaming' her if someone good goes out doesn't seem right. I'm sure she'd far rather be dancing than at home with Covid - I wish her a speedy recovery!

Did Flavia & Jimi do a Frankenstein number? I know it was a Viennese Waltz and there was a big, streaming cauldron in the middle that they danced around? I can't find it on YouTube although perhaps, as it's the dance they went out on, noone wants to relive it?

SanFranBear · 22/10/2021 07:58

Actually, got that completely wrong Grin It wasn't Frankenstein themed, wasn't a Viennese Waltz (it was a Paso) and they didn't leave that week! Memory is fuuun, isn't it! They looked smoking though!

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 22/10/2021 08:10

You might be thinking of ?

SanFranBear · 22/10/2021 08:16

YES - that's the one!! I thought it was so beautiful! Natalie was just wonderful to watch and Scott was great too.. thank you so much - that was going to drive me mad otherwise Smile

billysboy · 22/10/2021 08:44

as someone sitting here also having tested positive this week , I am sure Judi is not having a great week !

ppeatfruit · 22/10/2021 09:22

Yes Esma I totally agree about Ugo's back. I'm surprised at Oti choosing the dance she has for him. It could do him real damage . Please producers It's only an effin dance contest let him rest properly.

Though of course the prods must be bricking it because the Beeb's flagship programme is going down the plughole ooops !!!!

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 22/10/2021 09:38

If things got too ropey could they just do a repeat of weeks 1 and 2 with nobody being sent home but scores being combined and the dance off in the second week? Would mean they’d have to fill the Sunday slot but for one week it wouldn’t be too much of a problem.

ppeatfruit · 22/10/2021 09:45

True Ginger Or they could just broadcast a "Best Of" programme. That would be best for me!

It's a rumba, right? Isn't that going to be relatively easy on his back?
Oakdog · 22/10/2021 10:01

I'm confused about how Judi won't be out for more than 1 week, therefore having to leave. Either that or she won't have any rehearsal time, other than perhaps the Saturday itself. My Dd tested positive on Tuesday, from things I've read elsewhere this is the absolute earliest Judi could have tested positive based on things she has been doing. My DD is in isolation till next Friday at midnight. Surely that's too little time to learn a dance, sort costumes, camera run throughs etc?

ppeatfruit · 22/10/2021 10:09

I'm ignorant about the technicalities of the dances, is that the one where you have to make a shape like a 'banana' ? That would hurt him wouldn't it?

Fenelladepompom · 22/10/2021 10:35

My back is wincing at the thought of doing a rumba.
