A bit weird today. Am I the only one who wishes the girls could be allowed (by the writers) to pursue their dreams and become pilots?
Also Jimmy's accent got very Welsh when he was yelling at Al (who is admittedly being very annoying at the moment). Emma should have told them both to grow up.

I quite liked the pilot story line in that sometimes despite our best intentions things happen and we can't fulfil our career dreams. I have mentioned before that I was annoyed by Jimmi but today I was on his side at least in the meeting - Al should have been focused on his patient and not the phone! However he then immediately got my back up by being so nasty in the staff room and I am glad Al told him off about his time in France. I did feel for Luca too, it's horrible to be stuck in the middle of people behaving that way! I found it funny when him and Emma were listening at the door.
Pretty sure Bear's mum Makeda is going to be quite unwell which is a shame but may mean she's not going to retire to France. But I agree with everyone, no preaching today!
