But what doesn't make sense is that Sharon and Denny were living at Phil's at the time if his death. So why would Jada dump the baby at the flat? Unless she knew Sharon was Denny's mum and had been following her? So the note she had written was actually intended for her, not the 'dad'?!?

Yes Nancy really has gone too far this time. I think I probably would have kicked her out of the pub for that if I was Mick. She seriously didn't think what she had done was that bad 😬

Denny’s the dad????? Oh ffs. Not seen the episode yet but from the spoiler pics the mum looks much older than 14.

So essentially it’s another case of an underage boy being raped by a grown woman and fathering a child out of it. They’ve just done that with Mick.

What is even the point? Denny isn’t even here anymore. They could have gotten some juicy storylines out of other potential fathers.

It’s going to end up with Sharon obsessed with Alyssa now and going to war with her mum.

The note left with the baby said “Alyssa is yours, please take care of her, I can’t do this anymore”

So the note clearly implied the baby was being left with her father. So how could the mother know Denny is dead if she thought she was leaving the baby with him? And why would she leave her at Sharon’s flat as Dennis never lived there?

Makes no sense.

That's why I wrote further upthread that the note must have been intended for Sharon. She would hardly write a note for the dead father now would she?

Remember Sharon did exactly the same thing when Albie was first born - left him with his paternal grandmother Karen who named him Kayden!

If she’s been hanging around a while she’d have figured out that Denny is dead and would have instead addressed the note to Sharon informing her that Alyssa is her granddaughter.

It’s that far fetched that I’m wondering if mum is a scam artist intending to get money off Sharon and it’ll come out she’s done it before, going to grieving families claiming the baby is the child of the dead relative.
