I think Dotty and Rocky were somewhat stunned that Sonia was reasonable and that they probably didn't need their complicated plans to con her.

Dotty has Sonia pegged as being evil and unreasonable.

No idea about the vegan burger scam other than the fact that they probably don't exist and they just want money.

They have because they once made a Thing about needing to have a licensee on the premises. They've ignored it since then though.

The licensing act and its many laws is very random on EE
It has been addressed in the past, to be fair, but the writers knowledge of it is scant in the actual details!

Will Dot every come back? It’s not like they even have her on zoom why not just have her funeral and finish that story line. Feels like just waiting for her die real life then have quick mention of Irish funeral or something. I know covid but she was away well before that. She’s living a long time for a life long 40 a day smoker!

I don't think she'll be back either. I don't think she parted ways with the BBC in good terms - I seem to remember a news article about it which explained why she went so abruptly (her choice).

I did read somewhere Dot wasn't returning and she said "she don't want a retainer for Eastenders, I've left for good. I've sent Dot off to Ireland and that's where she'll stay. I've left Eastenders. I will never go back".

Spokesman for Eastenders said door remains open for June and if story arises etc but as June is now 94 I can't imagine her returning now.

It seems strangely common for women well into their 40s and early 50s to get pregnant in Eastenders. Of course it can and does happen to women in their late 40s naturally but 51 is pushing it. I’m pretty sure that’s a once in a blue moon thing and they already did it with Sharon.

I deffo think Alyssa is Kush’s or some other wild card. Maybe Kheerat. The mum may have been watching him for months. He was sleeping with Sharon a while back and so maybe the mum assumed he lives there after seeing him at her flat?

Yes I think its crazy and tedious once past mid 40s.
Also why do loads have kids in their 20s but none in 30s then suddenly pregnant at 45 plus?

Not currently pregnant but Vi’s latest story is that she had a baby with with down syndrome at 51 and gave him up

I must admit I’m interested to see what will happen with the surrogacy storyline. Bernie is obviously already attached so I think they will go down the route of her wanting to keep it and there being a custody battle. I wish Rainie could have some happiness though.

Stuart is of course the biological father and will have rights separate to the surrogacy contract. I bet him and Bernie will end up coparenting with Rainie getting to be a super involved stepmum.

Nancy shoved Frankie in the boot and walked off leaving the key on the road. Nancy was in there for hours sand was panicking. A passer by heard her banging, found the key on the ground and drove off with Nancy in boot.
