I'll miss Joe - I thought he was great. Mind you, I missed Claudia too!

That said, I think Sara Pascoe has a similar dippiness to her that I'll enjoy. I can see it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Oh no. He was absolutely brilliant with the contestants. And so lovely. But they could have got Rylan Clark to do it with his whiney voice and then it would have been completely unwatchable so I guess I just have to be grateful for this Pascoe woman.
But...no Joe Lycett. 😥😢😭

Oh no can’t stand Sara Pascoe

At least it seems it was his decision so that makes me feel a teeny bit better.

I wasn’t on him. Didn’t like him messing about dressing up but maybe that is something he was told to do. I’ll see what Sara is like.

I liked Joe. And then I watched some of his stand-up on Youtube and instead of being warm and kind, he had an entirely different persona who was bitchy, putting others down and quie misogynist.

So, not sad he's gone after all.

I looooooooooooovvveeee Joe Lycett on Sewing Bee. He absolutely made it for me. He's hilarious on it. Just providing some balance for those who dislike him.

I'm very upset but do like Sara Pascoe- her book was great, she's whip smart.

I didn't think I was going to like Joe Lycett before he started and he was fine. He was mostly kind, although there were a few occasion where he had a choice between funny and a bit mean or kind but not amusing, and he went for funny. I think Sara Pascoe might be the same in that respect. I like her a lot on panels and chat shows, she very good at off the cuff humour and makes me laugh a lot. Not so keen on her stand up though, it's clever and amusing but never makes me dissolve in tears of laughter.

On the whole I think it will be fine. The presenter doesn't make all that much difference to the quality of the show. The biggest improvement would be to make the transformation challenge less ridiculous.

I don't like Sarah Pascoe's style i'm afraid. Claudia Winkleman irritated me hugely. Joe was nice. Shame.

I don't like Sara pascoe. She is a comic that dosent make me laugh. I like to be put er ease and everything l have seen her in she hasn't done this. I am going to miss Joe he makes me laugh and made me feel part of the GBSB

Lisa Tarbuck would be brilliant. She is very canny, doesn’t spread herself around so when she is on something it is a real treat.

She was absolutely immense on Taskmaster @viques

Oh no! I was never sure about Joe as a person but he did make me laugh. Loved him flirting with Patrick, and calling them Mummy and Daddy. He was very witty. Sara Pascoe is alright but she won't be as witty IMO.
