The Megan/Bob thing seems like such a fuss about nothing. They aren't actually married FGS! They are two people who've known each other a few days. She snogged someone else and then clearly regretted it. Probably when she saw his horrible little thumb face in daylight.

No they stood and made a commitment to each other as though they were married. So you commit yourself to that person doesn't make it okay to go off and snog someone else.

Otherwise why is it married at first sight if they don't act like they are married.

Tbf, if I was involved in a yes week situation (I wouldn’t be, but that’s not the point!) and anyone tried to get me to eat or drink anything I actively hate, I’d have a massive strop too. I’m not eating things I hate for anyone.
