Agree with the people saying that Josh and Nikita may make a beeline for each other at the dinner parties. As they are using the Australian format now, are they trying to create another Sam and Ines or Jessica and Dan situation?

I think it could go the way of davina in mafsaus. Nikita will cheat with Josh, then realise Ant is a better bet, but he won't be interested.

I also think Nikita and Josh will take the cheating further than they do on the Aus shows. And I'm here for it.

If the ixperts or producers had spent as much time trying to find decent matches as they did scouring soshul meja for gobshites and wannabes, they’d have a decent show.

They didn’t and so we are here for the carnage.

I understand they probably thought that the dramas and tantrums are viewer fodder and, to an extent, they are.

But I’m assuming some of these people genuinely did want love. And if that is the case then matching them with a meja hoor is not only wrong but damaging.

What in hells bells have they done with this show? It used to be mostly genuine people and this time it's just a joke!! Nikita is an absolute embarrassment of a human being.

I don’t rate any of these couples chances so far. Even Fergal Sharkey and his partner. Fergal looks to me like the sort of person who has a brief whirlwind of lust/romance and then loses interest and moves on to the next one.

May I join? I’ve only ever watched the old format UK shows so this week has been an eye opener for me.

If they all have a chance to meet each other I’m sure they’ll do some partner swapping, but given how poorly matched they all are, why would any of them care if that happens? I can only imagine most of them would be relieved.

Just had a look at the schedule. Seems like it's on for four days then off for three because it's not on next Friday either. That seems a bit silly but, if I'm not mistaken, it also seems to be on at 10pm next week?? Too late for me if so, will have to record and watch the next day.

I'm slightly saddened by this series. I enjoy the US and AUS versions but I liked how different the British version was. I think it had people who genuinely wanted to get married on whereas this new series is full of I wannabe a z lister types who don't want to be married at all. Unless it would mean they could make money by being a couple and gain lots of Instagram followers.

I agree completely. The UK version was different in a really good way.

Franky, really is trying to be James Bond. He resembles Daniel Craig, which helps, has served in the military and drove a James Bond style car to his own wedding.
