A short clip from tomorrow's show. Faye doing a mea culpa and talking to Mille about how she now knows her behaviour was wrong and she should apologise etc. Clearly she had been briefed! Millie replied by saying yes you do need to apologise, but Teddy also needs to apologise to you - which we found very disappointing!!

Soooooooo infuriated by this bullshit... Teddy did nothing wrong.. Faye has gas lighted everyone into believing Teddy did something wrong and he didn't..

Im sorely disappointed in the Mental Health team behind the scenes allowing this abusive behaviour to continue...

FCKU sakes .. its everything we tell posters to look for in abusive relationships and here it is being portrayed on TV to everyone and being dusted under a manky seedy old rug and hidden as a wee huccup..

well Im ragin that ...

A) Faye's getting a pass on this behaviour and she's now the Victim..
and
B) Teddys apologising and accepting it as all his fault

so Wrong Wrong Wrong 🙁

In past shows, the islanders are not always given a choice as to who is dumped from the island. Seeing as we know it will be Mary and Dale voted off by the islanders, why didn’t we just have the lowest voted person leaving last night. That may not have been these two. What if it the male with the lowest votes were Jake? It’s just so rigged, isn’t it?

Oh and Hugo. Haven’t watched after sun yet but it sounds as if Amy took him to task, which is good considering how disrespectful he was of her. He’s one of those people, who looks so attractive in a close up still photo then as soon as he opens his mouth, I think meh. Never liked him from the get go. Seems like a right idiot.

I can't get over the fact that Faye is still in there ... all because the public vote was done half way through movie night, whereas if it had been done at the end of movie night and Faye going nuclear then the outcome would have been so different. If that isn't some serious rigging/manipulation then I don't know what is.

Why does Laura Whitmore present the dumping scenes with an enormous grin on her face? Does she actually want to come across as a sadist?

I bloody laughed when there was an audible gasp when Kaz got voted in the bottom 3! Given that Faye is safe (grrrrr) I would like to see Kaz and Tyler go. But if that happens with the contestants choosing (yet again ... WHY??) then I'll eat my hat.

Liam should have been stood up there next to those wank-socks Tyler and Jake looking all pink, bewildered and local paper sad-face as maybe maybe the realisation dawns that their twatty actions have consequences.

I have been disappointed this year with the boys behaviour and the girls taking them back. Lads that in the past would have been labelled cheaters.

The girls seem to think they've taken them to task, faye's screeching and Kaz's door analogy. It's all very weird to me. Millie has lost my respect by hysterical bonding with Liam.

It's all very weird this year and uncomfortable to watch

Very disappointed with how they've glossed over all of the Faye drama, both in the show and on After Sun. They're hoping to just ignore all of the backlash and 'enjoy' increased viewer numbers.

That, plus the voting/dumping system - is why I'm done with the show. Obviously the islanders will keep their friends in, so where's the drama? Same with the 2 new islanders - what chance have they got? They might as well have stayed at home.

No more voting, no more watching - I'm done.

They really should let the viewers vote stand most of the time.

Presumably it didn't return a wanted result, so hope Islanders will in effect overturn it. They can't directly invent it, because too many people will know the true polling, and blatantly ignoring it would be a step too far (regulators take dim view of misconduct round public polls)

Indeed. This show sends an awful message to young girls/women. Basically boys will be boys and you need to just accept it and forgive them after a day or two as long as they put a bit of “graft” in.

The fact that Liam wasn’t in the bottom 3 despite probably 90% of the votes being from girls/women, says it all.

I always wonder, when the Islanders are really shocked at someone being in the bottom of the favourites, if that means that they’re actually a really fantastic person and the edit we see doesn’t show them to be who they really are? For example with Kaz. I know what we saw made her look very manipulative, but is it a bad edit? Not sure.

What isn’t a bad edit is Faye, and I think if she doesn’t leave I am boycotting the show. It’s horrendous what she has been allowed to do. She has been bullying others since the start and the producers have enabled her behaviour. The voting should have happened after we saw her behaviour and it should be the public who decide who leaves. Otherwise the islanders just vote out anyone who isn’t quite in their ‘clique’ so we all know it’ll be Mary and either Matthew or Dale.

Still seeing people say that Fayve and Teddy should be together because they have real feelings and it’s just the producers - how can people romanticise such awful behaviour? Liam, Faye and Jake should not be lauded as being romantic at all!

Aftersun is a bit meh tonight. I like Roman and Babatunde but I feel they've been told what to say.

I'd like to see Maura host LI - she wouldn't be afraid of saying it how it is.

Yes, I was surprised Roman Kemp wasn’t more vocal given his mental health struggles in the past. I was quite disappointed he didn’t challenge what happened more.

I don't get the timing of the vote? Faye not being in the bottom 3 suggests the vote was before all the drama in which case Jake should have escaped as well, unless he was already becoming unpopular.

The vote was between the two episodes of movie night. So the clip where Jake said he didn't want to rip Liberty's clothes off had just been shown.
