So Djok got through- with a bit of a slip up with the second set- but at least Rune took a set off him. The other sets were pretty much walkovers, but it shows he is still prone to lapses.

I heard the result on the radio and I thought they said he had beaten Ruud. DH was laughing at me cursing under my breath. I thought Raahh will be disappointed so your post confused me and I had to go and double check

This name pronunciation thingy is good. Mac should give it a go.

The commentary teams seem to be on a mission to remind us every 5 minutes of all the records Djok stands to break, and have more slams etc etc.

The fact they are still talking about his need to be 'loved' shows that they know that, in the end, he will always be runner up on that score, however many slams or tournaments he wins.
