Yes, I thought the same. Jake was only bothered about having been in Faye's firing line, but poor Liberty's feelings.

Why didn't he go straight over to her as soon as possible after movie night ended and leave her in no doubt about how he feels about her, not lope about getting into a slanting natch with Faye and then mumble a load of bullshit about them being BF and GF.

He is so utterly fake, I think she has started to see him in a different light this evening.

I've liked Faye until tonight.

However, she needs to be sent out of Love Island. If a guy was being so angry and aggressive towards everyone in the house then he would have to go!

You cant have one rule for men and another for women!

I thought Love Island were going to learn from their previous mistakes but this is all a step too far with Faye. She needs help and removed from the show, this isn’t going to end well. Poor Teddy though totally unacceptable to let things get this bad for him too.

Faye is so damaged, I was shocked at the revelation that her parents paid for her massive boob job because she spent years insecure about a small chest. That sounded so wrong, unsupportive and just giving a young girl the wrong message. She is clearly far too vulnerable to withstand these sort of mind games. She is emotionally charged and the result is aggressive outbursts, it's not healthy for her, her fellow islanders, or indeed young and impressionable viewers. They need to get her out, and get her some help and support.

Everyone else will be fine - I can't see them being damaged (Teddy will be hurt but he'll bounce back because he has got it together - he's a gem) The others will have concluded, like the majority here, that she is totally unreasonable and out of order (she is) and a bit of a 'loon'

Faye was cast only to provide fiery conflict - producers prodded her and set her up until she provided it - at her and others' expense. Typical toxic LI tactics.

Faye was making everyone feel uncomfortable, Abi looked scared, and Chloe clearly felt like she couldn't say what she wanted because Faye was being so OTT aggressive and nasty, claiming she was going to argue with anyone who dared disagree with her.

Faye was completely out of order tonight but that reaction was hugely manipulated by the producers. I mean, we know that Teddy did nothing wrong in casa, that chat with clarisse was as far as it went, Faye didn’t need to see it, they already made her question him with the postcard, why do it again. Her reaction was completely out of proportion but I think everyone knew that’s how she’d react to it. Why do that to someone?

Having said that you can’t behave like that and expect people to be ok with it. It is not acceptable.

I just think it’s sad that she has been provoked for entertainment sake. But actually, I don’t think anybody enjoyed that.

I suspect jake is quite shallow and just likes really skinny girls as his ideal, but he does like Liberty a lot, she’s just not his typical type. He’s also a bit thick and doesn’t really know the right thing to say

I’m also in shock about showing Faye like that. No one wanted to get involved as she’d have turned on them.it’s not ok to excuse it and say well she’s insecure or unwell. That was straight up abuse. No way round it. She abused teddy and anyone else who came near her. And abuse is never ever ok.

As said if that was a man giving a woman the finger, telling her to fuck off, shouting in her face repeatedly, hurling abuse, the show would have had so many complaints it would have ended. For good. The fact Faye is a female abuser should not be any different.

I think it was because of the 'suicide' suggestion regarding Faye. May be thought of as a little too close to the bone/a bit insensitive.

Umm, am I the only one understanding why Faye has behaved this way? He gaslit her…told her he’d done nothing wrong and she admitted to everything she’d done, let her guard down and grovelled. If that other woman had let him he’d have cheated within seconds. She told him to leave her alone but he wouldn’t. He still thinks he did nothing although in reality he propositioned a girl, told her he fancied her, had a three way kiss and kept it completely secret.
