That scene with meena and priya was so weird. What wa a meena going to do with her scarf? Walk in and choke Victoria? Assuming that’s who she thought it was?

And yes, the whole quality of Emmerdale drops when she's back in it. They were doing just fine without her.

I refuse to believe the producers directors and script writers can't see how dreadful an actress Meena is, they surely have to realise it.

Jesus, I thought this Meena storyline was all cobbled together on the back of an envelope with no thought or planning whatsoever. Well, it certainly comes across like that!

Anyway, just been reading something that says there has been 5 months of planning for the big showdown 🙄

Yes normally I love when they do a big week on Emmerdale but I'm tempted to switch off until it's over to.

I’m watching classic emmerdale now and it really brings it home just how dumbed down modern emmerdale is.

The storyline itself had potential, but she’s just such a bloody awful character (and actress, frankly).

I actually think the storyline is an awful choice considering that David has really only escaped from mad maya in the last year or so. That was a huge storyline, very traumatic for David and Jacob. He really didn’t need to be thrust into another psycho’s clutches.

Yes @WomanStanleyWoman it could have been a decent story if she wasn't a pantomime villain and they didn't try to make it into a comedy.
