I dont think Hugo is particularly well spoken. Maybe he is more outside the show. He has a bit of a lisp or stutter talking? Something a bit off. Bit clunky. Hardly a great voice imo
He is well spoken. Lots of the Islanders have been criticised for having an 'awful' accent or terrible speech. All pretty nasty, but calling out a possible lisp or stutter is just deeply unkind.
