Toby's problem is he doesn't listen to what anyone else is saying. He very much hears what he wants to hear, and ignores everything else. Making himself the victim. He is such a child.

Toby doesn’t understand the game AT ALL. Like even if he didn’t really give a shit, any decent player would have given a bit of lip service to “I know I’ve gone about this the wrong way, I’m so sorry I hurt you Chloe, I just had to follow my heart and I came in here to find someone I really connect with bla bla bla” but digging his heels in just makes him look so much worse

I don’t think Toby did anything wrong in that environment. It’s all a game and I can understand why he means, Chloe showed a different side of herself getting all jealous and clingy the minute the new girls had arrived. They might have been coupled up but they had t made it ‘official’ yet and until that point in there they always still chat to the others etc! He didn’t go kissing Abi behind her back or anything, he literally just spoke to her and was open with Chloe that he liked her
